背景
香港海事博物館是一所富有活力的文化機構，致力保全、收藏及展示能夠充分演繹香港及珠江三角洲海事及貿易的故事。博物館於2005年創立，為一所由香港船東會支持的非牟利註冊慈善團體。2005年博物館於赤柱美利樓開幕，並於2013年遷往中環八號碼頭，位置優越。每年博物館吸引約十萬人參觀，本館樓高三層，佔地合共四千四百平方米放置了藏品達1,200多件，並設有13個展廳、特別展覽廳、資源中心、咖啡館、禮品店和航海精品廊，優美的維多利亞港景色盡入眼簾。

Head of Marine Discovery Centre
In the new role of Head of Marine Discovery Centre, reporting initially to the museum’s Chief Executive, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading the delivery of the agreed marine science strategy through the Marine Discovery Centre, a subset of the HKMM’s strategic planning, and coordinating resources from across the museum and from the wider community in generating and delivering an exciting programme of marine science related activities on and off site for visitors, schools and the wider community.

MARKETING OFFICER
The function of the Marketing Officer is to work closely with the Head of Marketing in formulating and implementing the Museum’s marketing and digital strategies, with the targets of driving visitation, building brand awareness, and growing digital presence.

[Part Time] Ship Bridge Simulator Supervisor
The objective of this position is to supervise the operation of the Museum’s ship bridge simulator, a facility which provides a simulated experience to visitors to steer a variety of ships and learn the various roles of seafarers in a ‘sea journey’.
