About the Event
Do you know that over 100 million sharks are killed annually just for their fins and flesh? Sharks are essential to the ecosystem, but they are facing significant challenges which require our help.
In collaboration with the museum, the Hong Kong Shark Foundation (HKSF) will talk about the critical role of sharks as apex predators in maintaining marine ecosystems and the immediate needs to protect sharks. HKSF will also introduce their Shark Ambassador education program, which empowers Hong Kong youth to be leaders, take action and drive changes in shark conservation efforts. If you are interested in sharks and marine conservation, you must not miss it! Let’s make a difference for our oceans! Limited seats available on a first come, first-served basis!
