About the Event

Marine scientists seem to be so mysterious and unreachable to most people. Through the “Meet-the-Marine-Scientist” talk series, the museum would like to bring the public to meet some of the significant local and overseas marine scientists.

In December, Prof Gray A Williams, a well-known marine scientist from the University of Hong Kong, and his colleagues, Prof Tommy Hui and Dr Sarah Lau, from the Lingnan University, will give a talk with hands-on workshop about The Secret Lives of Marine Snails! In this interactive activity, you will not just have the opportunity to talk with them, but also have the chance to experience how they do scientific research through hands-on workshop with real living snails!

This interactive activity is a promise of fresh, fun and striking eye-opening experience! Let’s explore the Unexplored with the marine scientists!
